Thanksgiving Turkey

My favorite way to prepare the turkey is by brining. For the past three years I have been using Alton Brown’s method [#1] with great success. But this year I thought I would spice it up and take a cue from Shawnda of Confection’s of a Foodie Bride and try two different methods on two seperate birds. Here’s hoping they turn out!

1. Alton Brown’s Brine 2. Sweet Tea and Citrius Brine 3. Salted Herb method
